What we collect
When you submit our contact or quote-request form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and any details you choose to share in the message field. We collect this information only with your consent.
Our website also automatically logs anonymous technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security, performance, and analytics. We use Google Analytics for aggregate usage statistics.
How we use it
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver a quote, schedule or perform work, send follow-up communications, and meet legal or contractual obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it
Quote requests are retained for up to 24 months. Project records are retained for the duration required by Quebec consumer-protection and tax law (currently 7 years).
Your rights
Under Quebec Law 25 you have the right to access, correct, delete (subject to legal retention), and withdraw consent. You can file a complaint with our privacy officer or with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
