Quotes provided through this website or following an on-site inspection are estimates valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during work, material price fluctuations, or scope changes you request.
3. Services
All services performed by Essential Roofing & Insulation are governed by the written contract you receive before work begins, and by the standards of the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ 5879-5618-01). Our 10-year workmanship warranty covers defects in installation; manufacturer warranties on materials apply separately.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Essential Roofing & Insulation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our liability for any service we perform is limited to the amount paid for that service and to the warranty terms in your signed contract.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms or from work we perform shall be brought before the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
